Clap On, Clap Off
In this unit students will.
Before taking the quiz you need to know the following
What does the term threshold mean when using them with robots and sensors?
How did you calculate the initial value for the threshold? Know why the threshold is not the same as the mean or average. Why would you want to change it to a different value?
What is the purpose of the the loop block?
How did your program actually start and stop your robot? What do the blocks specifically do? Simply saying started and stopped with a clap is not acceptable!
- Calculate a sensor threshold.
- Use a sensor to control robot behavior.
- Write a program that makes the robot start and stop based on sound.
- Use a programming loop to repeat robot behaviors.
